OEM Key Account Manager

Responsibilities
Have full account responsibility and together with a global team of regional sales representatives you act as first point of contact for your key customer
Actively communicate with our key clients, conducting regular business reviews and identifying short- and long-term opportunities to strengthen the partnership. The job owner will be instrumental in setting targets, developing, and implementing global strategies and managing the execution of any action plans
Identify and assess your customer’s critical needs, define, and manage those requirements in collaboration with our various departments and segments while keeping your accounts informed. You will involve your customers in new product developments and manage regular product management update meetings
Own the global supply contract and keep track of all contractual obligations and be accountable for the regular legal and commercial international frame agreement negotiations. You will lead a global account team (functional responsibility) for each of your key accounts and coordinate and manage cross-border activities
Own global account coordination and Project/Opportunity pipeline development & tracking
Qualification
Required
10+ years OEM Key Account Management sales experience
Bachelor's degree
Must be able to travel up to 50% of the time
Must be 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license with limited violations
Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
Preferred
Mechanical or Electrical degree
Building automation controls experience and strong project management experience
Senior level sales and relationship building experience with a successful track record in new account development and revenue growth within existing accounts
Experience in strategic selling
Experience with analysis, planning, and forecasting
Proficient in Microsoft Office including PowerPoint and Excel
Strong communication and presentation skills
