Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service, building lasting relationships
Manage the service process, from initial contact to completion
Ensure vehicles undergo lock-out/tag-out procedures for safety
Assign work orders to skilled technicians and monitor job completion
Handle incoming calls professionally and efficiently
Complete work orders and assist with inventory management
Support over-the-counter sales and assist with fleet accounts
Perform daily cleaning duties and maintain a safe, organized work environment
Follow all safety procedures, including lock-out/tag compliance

Qualification

Customer serviceService process managementTyping skillsBasic mathTeamwork

Required

Strong typing skills and the ability to work with computer applications
A valid driver's license with a good driving record
Ability to perform basic math and use an adding machine

Preferred

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
At least 1 year of previous experience in a service advisor or service writer role
