Turn off sales person leads due to schedule
Dig for business 3 days or older
Must confirm new set sales appointments within 10 mins of setting
Post salesperson closing percentages
Verify leads are being responded to correctly per lead origin
Take phone ups when sales are unavailable
Do not let sales people leave with overdue tasks.( Teach them to manage time )
Help credit back honda leads
Verify website is correct and up to date
Monitor car wars crisp certification
Coach, and train sales staff
Be a mentor, and a leader, hold others accountable
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in digital marketing and managing online presence
Automotive sales experience required
Proficient in web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
