Represent venture capital funds and emerging companies in debt and equity financings

Qualification
Required
4–7 years of corporate experience at a top-tier law firm
Experience working with emerging growth companies, venture capital funds, or private equity funds
Strong interest in representing innovative and fast-growing businesses
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Admission to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction required
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple transactions and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Interest in practicing in the Mountain West region
