The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional program teams to ensure successful and timely program delivery while effectively communicating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead fast-paced, cross-functional program teams to achieve on-time, in-scope delivery of complex initiatives
Rapidly assess project situations, identifying issues and opportunities, and quickly develop effective action plans
Drive execution with a strong sense of urgency, ensuring that all program milestones and deliverables are met
Communicate clearly and proactively with stakeholders at all levels regarding program status, risks, and next steps
Foster a culture of ownership, adaptability, and accountability within teams
Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to address challenges as they arise

Required

10+ years of experience in program management
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality programs within aggressive timelines

Strong execution skills with a sense of urgency
Clear and proactive communication with stakeholders at all levels
Ability to foster a culture of ownership, adaptability, and accountability within teams
Experience developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies
