Responsibilities

Facilitate scrum ceremonies within the SAFe framework
Coach teams on agile methodologies and best practices
Remove impediments to team progress
Support continuous improvement through retrospectives
Maintain and improve project tracking and visibility
Foster collaboration between technical teams and public health stakeholders
Contribute public health subject matter expertise to project discussions
Create engaging remote work environments that promote team success

Qualification

Required

Direct experience working in governmental public health
Scrum Master certification
Experience implementing SAFe methodologies
Strong facilitation and coaching abilities
Excellence in remote team management
Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement
Strong time management and self-motivation
Ability to work with AI tools and large language models
Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Willingness to adhere to our no-drug workplace policy

Preferred

Experience managing distributed teams
Understanding of public health workflows and processes
Knowledge of project management tools
Background in health technology implementations
History of creating engaging team environments
