Responsibilities
Minimum of 8 years’ experience as a product and/or project manager
Minimum of 5 years’ experience with the implementation of chatbot and voice to text applications
Minimum of 8 years’ experience in working in all phases of an IT project including, product research, planning, documenting requirements, functional analysis, designing, testing, deployment and support
Experience in developing and maintaining project plans including schedules, timelines, roadmaps, dashboards, program approaches, monitoring performance and various resource and fiscal allocations
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in computer science, engineering, Information Technology or related field
Minimum of 8 years' experience as a product and/or project manager
Minimum of 5 years' experience with the implementation of chatbot and voice to text applications
Minimum of 8 years' experience in working in all phases of an IT project including, product research, planning, documenting requirements, functional analysis, designing, testing, deployment and support
Experience in developing and maintaining project plans including schedules, timelines, roadmaps, dashboards, program approaches, monitoring performance and various resource and fiscal allocations
Preferred
Ability to understand complex systems, integrations, and technical constraints
Comfort working with architects, engineering, QA, and design teams
Knowledge of tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, and ServiceNow for tracking
Excellent stakeholder management skills (executives, vendors, technical teams, and end users)
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on decision-making under pressure
Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business terms
