Responsible for the overall planning, direction, management, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific projects according to specifications and within budget, from initiation through completion
Leads Joint Project Teams (JPTs)
Applying professional principles, practices, and techniques to lead project teams and control project schedule, cost, and performance risk
Ensure the project is completed within defined constraints (e.g., time, budget, people, quality, materials) and at a high level of quality
Serves as the single point of contact for a specific project
Assumes the leadership role in safely managing the project
