Responsibilities
Managing mitigation and remediation projects from start to finish
Leading and supporting hourly technicians during demo, setup, monitoring, and tear-down
Communicating clearly and calmly with homeowners throughout each phase of the job
Performing daily moisture checks, atmospheric readings, and equipment inspections
Maintaining vehicles, equipment, and job-site safety standards
Qualification
Required
Experience in water/fire/mold/storm restoration
IICRC certifications (WRT & AMRT required; ASD encouraged)
Strong communication, reliability, and attention to detail
Comfort with physical, hands-on fieldwork
Desire to grow with the company as it scales
