Responsibilities
Building relationships with store managers and employees, training associates on how to generate leads, and participate in weekend lead generation events
Conducting 3 to 5 Product knowledge sessions each week in assigned stores to train big box associates on how to generate both the quantity and quality of leads needed
Engaging customers to set appointments for Free Estimates to replace Heating and A/C systems as well as to set appointments for discounted required seasonal tune-up maintenance
Qualification
Required
Expert at building relationships and influencing desired outcomes
Results driven, goal-oriented, seasoned marketing and sales professional
Self-motivating, positive, and energetic attitude
Ability to conduct 3 to 5 product knowledge sessions each week
Engage customers to set appointments for free estimates and discounted seasonal tune-up maintenance
Some weekend availability would be a plus
