The role involves driving growth through promoting embedded insurance solutions, engaging with dealership partners, and managing the sales cycle from lead qualification to close.

Responsibilities
Promote Polly’s embedded insurance solutions with a focus on driving adoption and utilization across dealership partners
Clearly communicate how insurance influences customer decisions during the car-buying journey, and how dealers can leverage Polly to improve profitability
Conduct discovery meetings to understand dealer needs, workflows, and goals
Deliver compelling demos and presentations that showcase how Polly solves real dealership challenges
Handle objections with confidence and professionalism to advance deals through the funnel
Work marketing-qualified leads while also generating new opportunities through outbound prospecting
Build strong relationships with dealer owners, GMs, and other key decision-makers
Represent Polly as a brand ambassador
Maintain accurate and up-to-date activity, forecasting, and pipeline data in Salesforce
Develop weekly and monthly plans to effectively manage sales funnel
Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Partner closely with lead-generation teams to optimize lead quality and conversion
Collaborate with Dealer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term retention of new accounts
Gather market and customer insights to help inform product enhancements and sales strategy
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in insurance, automotive finance, digital retailing, or automotive SaaS sales
Proven success managing the full sales lifecycle—prospecting through close
Strong understanding of dealership operations, particularly Variable Ops and F&I processes
Demonstrated ability to deliver polished demos, influence decision-makers, and build long-term partnerships
Highly organized with strong CRM discipline, multitasking ability, and follow-through
Energetic, self-driven, and motivated by startup-style growth and ownership
