Responsibilities
Provide financial and business decision support for COH Chicago
Provide overall financial reporting and analytic responsibility for COH Chicago
Drive continuous improvement in business analytics, continuously improving the accuracy of the data and tackle analytical challenges
Deliver all site financial analytics including: Revenue, Pricing (both pharma and non-pharma), Retention, Reimbursement, Cost, Margin, Service Utilization, Quality, Operations Financial Support, Monthly Variance Analysis Explanations, Management and Board Reporting, Budget, Forecast and Business Development Proformas working in conjunction with site subject matter experts
Analyze operations of COH Chicago business units regarding re-engineering, pricing, profitability, and compliance related issues
Work closely with the corporate Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) and regional Finance teams to enhance current reporting capabilities
Contribute to the advancement data warehousing and business intelligence initiative. Assume leadership or co-leadership of enterprise-wide projects such as the implementation of new systems, Pro-Formas and Reimbursement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Accounting, or a related field (required)
5 years of progressive finance management experience in a hospital or similar environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Working knowledge of Tableau
Preferred
Master's degree in Finance, Healthcare, Business, or a related field
CPA certification
At least 2 years in an executive‑level, senior finance, or senior accounting role
