Express Employment Professionals is seeking a strategic and creative Marketing Specialist to support and execute marketing initiatives that strengthen brand presence and drive business growth. The role involves developing engaging campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver consistent messaging across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

Develop, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, including social media, email, SEO, paid advertising, and events

Create and manage marketing content such as blog posts, email campaigns, sales collateral, and promotional materials

Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and provide insights and recommendations to improve ROI

Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels

Collaborate with internal teams, designers, copywriters, and external vendors to support marketing initiatives

Coordinate trade show participation, including registration, logistics, booth transportation, and on-site setup

Manage and maintain company exhibits and marketing assets for events and promotional use

Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Preferred

Experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Mailchimp

Basic graphic design or video editing skills

Working knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization
