Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive test strategies, plans, and cases for SAP projects, covering integration, system, user acceptance, and regression testing
Lead and coordinate testing teams, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of testing cycles
Collaborate with SAP functional and technical consultants to understand business processes and requirements
Manage defect tracking, reporting, and resolution, ensuring issues are properly documented and addressed
Conduct risk assessments and escalate critical issues to project management
Facilitate test data preparation and environment setup for various SAP modules
Prepare and present test status reports to stakeholders and senior management
Continuously improve testing methodologies and processes for efficiency and quality
Qualification
Required
Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in SAP testing, including at least 2 end to end S/4HANA implementations
Develop comprehensive test strategies, plans, and cases for SAP projects, covering integration, system, user acceptance, and regression testing
Lead and coordinate testing teams, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of testing cycles
Collaborate with SAP functional and technical consultants to understand business processes and requirements
Manage defect tracking, reporting, and resolution, ensuring issues are properly documented and addressed
Conduct risk assessments and escalate critical issues to project management
Facilitate test data preparation and environment setup for various SAP modules
Prepare and present test status reports to stakeholders and senior management
Continuously improve testing methodologies and processes for efficiency and quality
Strong knowledge of SAP ECC, S/4HANA, or other relevant SAP modules
Expertise in test management tools (e.g., HP ALM, Jira, SAP Solution Manager)
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-disciplinary project environments
Good at communications, Team leading skills and Client meetings
Bachelors degree in Computer Science
