Responsibilities
Manage core accounting functions (AP, AR, GL, payroll) and month-end/year-end close
Prepare financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
Oversee cash flow, risk management, and financial controls
Manage business licenses, permits, and registrations across jurisdictions
Monitor and implement new local, state, and federal financial regulations
Ensure compliance with GAAP and coordinate with auditors and tax advisors
Provide strategic financial insights and process improvements
Lead and mentor accounting staff; collaborate cross-functionally
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
Proven experience in financial management and compliance
Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
Bilingual, Korean & English
Preferred
CPA/CMA
