Conversion Rate Optimization Consultant
LaSalle Network is the leading provider of direct hire and temporary staffing services, and they are seeking a data-driven consultant to lead a Conversion Rate Optimization and website testing engagement for a key client throughout Q1. This role focuses on designing digital experiences and optimizing performance through A/B testing and user behavior analytics.
Responsibilities
Design Digital Experiences: Define and design high-fidelity digital experiences for websites and apps. This includes everything from foundational UX wireframing to polished UI design using Figma
Execute CRO Strategies: Leverage analytics and user behavior insights to inform creative direction. You won’t just design; you will optimize for performance
Iterative Testing: Use A/B testing results, user feedback, and performance data to refine designs and improve conversion rates and engagement
Follow Industry Trends: Stay at the forefront of experience design trends and competitor activities to ensure innovative, best-in-class results
Collaborative Feedback: Work closely with stakeholders to incorporate feedback into rapid design iterations
Qualification
Required
Proven track record in UX/UI design with a specific focus on Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) or data-driven design
Expert-level proficiency in Figma
You are comfortable with a 'test and learn' approach and enjoy using data to justify design decisions
Ability to work on an hourly basis with the flexibility to scale up or down based on sprint needs (approx. 10–20 hours per week)
