Qualification
Required

Willingness to travel and relocate within the U.S
Hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced industry
Flexibility to engage in real-world projects and collaborate with industry professionals
Ability to learn through on-the-job experience
Participation in structured training and mentorship
Preferred
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
Relevant work experience in construction or engineering (preferred but not required)
Familiarity with Construction Management software (Procore, PlanGrid, Bluebeam) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint)
