This role leads the people strategy and HR operations for the site, partnering with local and corporate leaders to build a high-performance culture and ensure proper HR governance.

Public Transportation

Responsibilities

Support the development and execute HR strategy aligned with the business and AAR values
Lead workforce planning and staffing
Drive succession planning, performance and learning programs
Partner with Leadership Development Coach and Trainer on evaluation of programs being delivered and execution of Talent Management strategy
Foster positive employee relations, direct team efforts to provide appropriate support and timely response relative to all issues and investigations
Collaborate with HR resources on total rewards review, job architecture and HRIS data integrity
Partner with compliance and legal resources to ensure HR compliance with state and federal legislation
Champion inclusive workplace and engagement strategies
Use data to diagnose trends and drive improvements

Required

Bachelor's degree in a related field
Minimum 10 years HR experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role
