2+ years expCongruex designs and builds broadband and wireless communications infrastructure. They are seeking Structured Cabling Technicians to work on copper and fiber installations, ensuring safety and quality in network solutions.

Responsibilities
Work with a team of technicians in all aspects of completing scope of work to completion under supervision of Lead Technician or Superintendent
Ability to interpret and understand site drawings
Work on large copper and fiber installations consisting of 200+ drops
Closet build-out
Must have understanding of structured cabling installation best practices, codes, standards, and troubleshooting and a desire for continuous learning
Must maintain safety guidelines and bring any safety issues to the attention of direct supervisor immediately
Ability to travel to job sites around mid-west that could span multiple days depending on location of project sites
Qualification
Required
Communication and teamwork skills to work well with team, leadership and customers
Must have a strong understanding of industry standards
Minimum 2 years of experience in structured cabling
Ability to travel and work 2nd and 3rd shifts when needed
Ability to work overtime as needed
Reliable transportation
Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test
Must have valid driver's license
Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Must be comfortable with ladder and lift work
Must be 18 years of age
Preferred
BICSI installer 1, 2 or technician certifications
OSHA 30 Training/OSHA 10 Training/ First Aid Certification
Ability to enforce safety practices on jobsite
Bilingual: English/Spanish
