The Inventory Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining inventory control procedures, performing audits, and reporting on best practices in inventory management systems.

Responsibilities

Developing and maintaining inventory control procedures and documents

Identifying discrepancies and performing investigations

Perform audits, analysis trends and measure performance metrics

Reporting and staying up to date with industry’s best practices and technological advancements in inventory management systems

Help contribute to the overall improvement of inventory tracking and metrics that support the Customer requirements

Required

BS in Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent work experience)

Knowledge of Inventory Control principles and best practices

Experience with Delta Reconciliation and Inventory auditing techniques

Attention to detail and organizational skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Ability to work independently and manage a small team of people and priorities

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Pivot Tables)
