This role involves planning, executing, and tracking marketing projects while ensuring effective communication and process improvement across the marketing function.

Responsibilities

Manage timelines, deliverables, and workflows across various marketing projects, ensuring alignment with MCA's technical and commercial goals

Take ownership of tasks-track progress, anticipate roadblocks, and drive timely resolution

Support marketing leads and project managers with scheduling, documentation, and task management

Maintain dashboards and status reports using Excel and various project tools

Organize meetings: prepare agendas, capture decisions, and follow up on action items

Collaborate with internal teams (creative, digital, sales, operations, service) and external vendors to ensure campaign alignment and schedule adherence

Ensure marketing assets meet MCA's quality and brand standards, delivered on time

Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance communication, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to adapt to evolving business needs
