Inside Sales Solutions Specialist - HCM

The Payroll Sales Solution Specialist will be responsible for generating new client sales and developing business opportunities through consultative approaches and strategic sales efforts.

Responsibilities

Generate new client sales using a consultative solution approach through referrals, networking, outbound call campaigns
Research and analyze the potential client or referral's business, industry, etc. to determine the best product and/or solution
Educate, consult, and navigate clients towards the appropriate Newtek products and solutions
Develop new business opportunities with existing clients to expand our clientele and build our business
Listen, identify, and qualify sales opportunities to up-sell additional products and services
Prepare the client proposals using pricing within set guidelines
Develop and participate in implementing a sales strategy to achieve personal and corporate goals
Commit to departmental and individual quotas/goals
Operate as an expert in the field by demonstrating market and industry knowledge

Required

High School or equivalent experience and a minimum of 6 months of related business-to-business (B2B) preferably in payroll
Prior experience in payroll sales, support, or processing
Experience selling cloud/Software as a Service (SaaS)
Good knowledge of company products and solutions a plus
Must possess and be able to demonstrate strong influencing and closing and consulting skills
Experience in business development/lead generation, business consulting, sales and marketing preferred
American Payroll Association certification (FPC or CPP) a plus
Excellent client relationship building skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in processing information
Knowledge of payroll and time systems
Excellent professional oral, written and presentation skills
Ability to maintain cooperative working relationships with all levels of management
Strong interpersonal skills and must possess a positive attitude
Attention to accuracy and detail in processing information
Ability to manage multiple, high priority tasks and adjust to shifting priorities, while meeting deadlines
Self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision
Flexible and cooperative in fulfilling all obligations
Ability to handle highly sensitive data with confidentiality and integrity

Preferred

Bachelor's degree a plus
Experience in business development/lead generation, business consulting, sales and marketing preferred
Bilingual a plus or may be required based on company needs
