Hiring, training, supervising, and developing Seasonal Program Staff at Camp Twin Lakes
Leading seasonal program staff in the overall implementation of the camp experience
Collaborating with staff and Camp Partners on the development of intentional camp schedules
Serving as a liaison to camp partners for program planning purposes
Supervising and supporting the team in ensuring adequate training and safety standards are followed
Managing staff including scheduling, supervision, and performance reviews
Qualification
Required
Experience in hiring, training, supervising, and developing staff
Ability to lead and implement camp programs
Strong collaboration skills with staff and partners
Experience in program planning and scheduling
Knowledge of safety standards and staff management
