Responsibilities
Review and process vendor invoices in a timely manner
Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices for accuracy
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
Prepare weekly/monthly AP reports
Assist with expense reimbursement and payment scheduling
Maintain organized AP records and support audits
Qualification
Required
Strong Excel/Sheets skills
Understanding of AP processes, invoicing, and payment cycles
High accuracy and strong attention to detail
Good communication and vendor-handling skills
Credit and background check is required
Preferred
Pivot Tables, formulas preferred
Experience with accounting or ERP software is beneficial
