Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and develop relationships with business clients across industries
Assess and analyze commercial risks to recommend appropriate insurance solutions
Prepare proposals, present coverage options, and close sales opportunities
Manage a portfolio of business accounts while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention
Stay current on industry regulations, carrier products, and market trends
Collaborate with internal team members to deliver exceptional client service
Consistently meet or exceed production goals and performance targets
Qualification
Required
Active Property & Casualty Insurance License
Strong knowledge of commercial lines products (General Liability, Workers Compensation, Commercial Auto, Property, Umbrella, etc.)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proven track record of building long-term client relationships
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
Preferred
Prior experience in commercial insurance sales or account management strongly preferred
