Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Underwriting and analyzing commercial real estate transactions
Experience with Mortgages, Mortgage Lending, and related financial products
Knowledge and understanding of Loans and related deal structures
Strong Customer Service skills with a client-first approach
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
Self-motivated and capable of working effectively in a remote environment
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
Prior experience in commercial real estate financing
