Responsibilities
Regional Key Personnel responsible for advanced routing/switching, security configuration, diagnostics, and modernization initiatives; coordinates across agencies and host-nation stakeholders to maintain performance and compliance
Qualification
Required
Mastery of OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, VRRP, and Spanning Tree variants
Familiarity with European telecom standards (E1–E3)
SolarWinds/ARMIS/Ansible proficiency for diagnostics and monitoring
Firewall, VPN, IDS/IPS engineering and hardening
Documentation, modernization planning, and change enablement governance
DoD 8140 – Network Operations Specialist (Advanced level)
CCNP
CISSP
Bachelor's and 5 years; OR technical school and 10 years of directly related experience
