Responsibilities
Manage high-volume, full life-cycle recruiting for various business units
Source and develop diverse candidate pipelines aligned with hiring needs
Conduct candidate interviews to assess qualifications and fit
Advise hiring managers with thoughtful hiring recommendations
Coordinate and administer phone screens, technical exercises, and pre-employment assessments
Ensure a positive candidate experience by effectively presenting the opportunity and organization
Manage job postings, resume reviews, and candidate tracking through an ATS
Facilitate feedback collection, interview scheduling, and the offer process
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5–7 years of experience in high-volume, full-cycle recruiting, ideally within a corporate setting
Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools
Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Industry-specific recruiting experience
