Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end new-hire onboarding for remote U.S. employees—coordinate paperwork, background checks, I-9 verification, e-signatures, and system access
Operate and administrate ATS and HRIS onboarding modules (create profiles, trigger workflows, update statuses) to ensure 100% data accuracy
Deliver virtual orientation sessions and new-hire communications; prepare managers with role-specific checklists and onboarding roadmaps
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, IT, Payroll, and Hiring Managers to resolve onboarding blockers and drive timely start dates
Maintain and improve onboarding SOPs, checklists, and automation rules to reduce manual steps and improve new-hire time-to-productivity
Produce onboarding metrics and reports (completion rates, time-to-fill handoffs, feedback) and recommend process improvements based on data
