Responsibilities

Lead development of Power Apps (Model-Driven) applications and complex Dataverse implementations

Architect and build Power Pages solutions for secure external and internal access

Design and extend Dynamics 365 CRM/Customer Service configurations including custom entities, workflows, business rules, and plugins

Build advanced Power Automate flows including complex integrations and error handling patterns

Develop PCF controls and custom connectors to extend platform capabilities

Integrate Power Platform solutions with Azure services and external systems using REST APIs

Lead Power BI reporting efforts tied to Dataverse and Dynamics 365 data

Own solution packaging, deployment pipelines, and CI/CD processes using Azure DevOps

Translate business requirements into technical designs and lead implementation

Troubleshoot complex issues across the Power Platform stack

Mentor junior and mid-level developers on best practices and technical standards

Drive technical documentation and lead Agile ceremonies as needed
