Responsibilities
Recruit, onboard, and manage UGC creators
Launch and distribute high volumes of short-form video content weekly
Monitor content performance in real time and identify winning formats
Rapidly replicate high-performing videos across creators
Maintain a library of hooks, formats, and content frameworks
Test aggressively, kill underperforming ideas quickly, and scale winners
Qualification
Required
You actively consume and understand short-form video platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts)
You have posted short-form content yourself (personal, faceless, meme, or theme pages all count)
You understand hooks, formats, and why videos succeed or fail
You're comfortable with content failing often and learning fast
You can work independently without detailed instructions
Applications without proof of content experience will not be considered
