The role involves sourcing and executing contracts for IT solutions while assisting public agencies in solving IT business problems and ensuring best value procurement.

Responsibilities
Responsible for the sourcing and execution of Enterprise sourcing and contracts for IT solutions, goods and services
Assist customers in identifying how to solve IT business problems
Facilitate the process of evaluating, negotiating and selecting solutions that provide the best value to the Commonwealth and align Public Procurement Act
Lead customers and stakeholders in the development of requests for information (RFI) and requests for proposal (RFP) documents
Lead teams in evaluating supplier responses and proposals
Negotiate complex contracts with suppliers and executing contract awards
Serve on cross-functional sourcing teams
Support the development of IT infrastructure sourcing strategy by conducting proactive market research and data and trend analysis
Work with other Enterprise Sourcing team members on a regular basis
Enhance automation and continual process improvement
Work collaboratively with commercial contract managers, Client service owners, financial analysts, the Multi Services Integrator and all other Clients and supplier stakeholders to ensure continual improvement of Client sourcing and market engagement process and effective future sourcing
Qualification
Required
Experience in sourcing and execution of contracts for IT solutions, goods and services
Ability to assist customers in identifying solutions for IT business problems
Experience in evaluating, negotiating, and selecting solutions that provide value
Experience in leading the development of requests for information (RFI) and requests for proposal (RFP) documents
Experience in evaluating supplier responses and proposals
Experience in negotiating complex contracts with suppliers
Ability to execute contract awards
Experience in conducting proactive market research and data and trend analysis
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Experience in enhancing automation and continual process improvement
Ability to work with commercial contract managers, client service owners, financial analysts, and supplier stakeholders
