Responsibilities
Lead project teams in maintaining a strong safety culture, ensuring job site safety standards are consistently upheld with zero injuries resulting from oversight or non-compliance
Perform daily quality checks to confirm installations meet design specifications and established quality standards; create and manage punch lists as necessary
Track and document all rework activities to drive continuous improvement in quality processes
Execute project schedules and production plans, managing Client, equipment, materials, and safety measures to maximize efficiency
Monitor labor and material usage to stay within budget, ensuring accurate reporting of piece-rate and hourly work
Quickly communicate any change order needs to the Project Manager to maintain alignment with the project's timeline and budget
Prepare detailed Daily Log reports that capture production updates, site needs, and key communications to inform the broader project team
Qualification
Required
