Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans across all phases

Own program scope, milestones, budget forecasting, risk management, and governance

Manage integrated schedules and change control processes

Provide delivery oversight for enterprise application implementations

Ensure readiness for integration, testing, cutover, and post-go-live support

Ensure adherence to defined standards and governance

Lead distributed teams across North America, Europe, and XX

Establish governance, reporting, and escalation mechanisms

Drive executive stakeholder alignment

Manage vendor performance, statements of work, and financial tracking

Ensure compliance with capital and operational expenditure guidelines and return on investment goals

Oversee training, change management, and post-go-live support
