Required

Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience

3+ years of professional software development experience

3+ years of development experience with Node.js using TypeScript and Express

3+ years of experience developing with Angular or React

3+ years of experience with MySQL or other relational databases

3+ years of experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases

Strong experience using Git-based version control systems

Experience working in Unix/Linux environments, preferably Red Hat Linux or derivatives

Experience developing enterprise-wide software solutions and custom business applications

Familiarity with web servers such as Apache and IIS

1+ years of experience using command-line tools (Bash, zsh, or similar shells)

Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred

Industry certifications in software development, systems, networking, or project management are a plus

Experience in business intelligence, big data, or analytics platforms

Exposure to AI technologies, including LLMs, agentic workflows, or machine learning

Experience with .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core)

Experience with Perl

Experience working in the education industry or with education-related data, including FERPA and PII compliance
