The Marketing Coordinator role involves organizing and supporting various marketing activities including social media management, podcast production, and internal project execution.

Responsibilities
Assist with day-to-day social media execution and management — including writing and reviewing copy, coordinating approvals, live posting at events, and ensuring brand alignment
Brainstorm and help bring new organic content ideas to life by writing copy, collaborating with creatives on visuals, and coordinating with other teams to gather and promote content
Monitor social media comments and escalate as needed to ensure engagement and alignment with brand standards
Support podcast production by writing show notes, coordinating assets, and assisting with biweekly episode launches
Help maintain and organize content libraries (Dropbox, Shade, ClickUp) and support ongoing quality control of creative assets
Support internal campaign execution — from assisting with paid ads to prepping assets and logistics for large-scale events
Assist with internal projects such as creating new hire bios, organizing past content into usable repositories, and helping streamline workflows
Provide general executional and operational support across marketing projects to keep the team moving quickly and efficiently
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience supporting social media tasks such as copywriting, live posting, and content coordination in a real-world setting
Strong attention to detail — able to catch errors, ensure brand consistency, and maintain organized content systems
Clear, professional communicator — comfortable collaborating across teams and following through on tasks
Highly organized and dependable — able to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Able to take initiative, ask the right questions, and keep projects moving with minimal hand-holding
Demonstrates a growth mindset — eager to learn, open to feedback, and adaptable in a constantly evolving environment
Preferred
Familiarity with social media publishing tools like Meta Business Suite, Sprout, or similar platforms is a plus
Experience with project management or creative asset management platforms like ClickUp or Shade a plus
At least 1 year of internship or professional experience in a marketing or content support role is preferred
Bonus: experience supporting podcast, video, or creative production workflows
