Develop partnerships with local schools, training programs, and community organizations
Attend job fairs, open houses, and community events to attract new talent
Guide candidates through the hiring and compliance process
Collaborate with the office team to meet weekly recruitment goals
Qualification
Required
Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
Preferred
Experience in healthcare recruitment, sales, staffing, or community outreach
