They are seeking a Real Estate Agent and Loss Mitigation and Mortgage Loan Officer Trainee to assist in real estate transactions and support clients throughout the mortgage lending and property acquisition process.

Responsibilities

Assist in real estate transactions

Provide exceptional customer service

Support clients throughout the mortgage lending and property acquisition and foreclosure avoidance process

Coordinate free, zero cost to homeowners loss mitigation submission packages to foreclosing lenders that immediately puts a Cease and Desist on all foreclosure proceedings

Maintain client relationships

Assist in real property and financial documentation to assist homeowners to avoid foreclosure through free legal loan modifications as well as other more complex loss mitigation strategies

Learn the fundamentals of real estate and mortgage lending through hands-on training under experienced professionals

Required

An active Real Estate License or a strong motivation to attain one

Experience or strong capability in Customer Service and Sales

Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment

Preferred

Experience in legal services related to real estate is a plus

An associate or bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required
