Responsibilities
Lead company-wide financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial modeling processes
Partner with executive leadership and department heads to provide financial insights that inform strategic and operational decisions
Own management reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance reviews against plan and key business metrics
Develop and maintain financial models related to revenue growth, cost structure, headcount planning, and capital allocation
Oversee operating expense management, variance analysis, and cost optimization initiatives
Establish and enhance financial controls, policies, and processes to support scalability and compliance
Support pricing, unit economics, and investment analysis to evaluate new initiatives, products, or market opportunities
Collaborate with Accounting, Tax, and external partners to ensure accurate financial close, audits, and regulatory reporting
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team, building strong analytical and business-partnering capabilities
Present financial results, forecasts, and recommendations clearly to executive leadership and key stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
10+ years of progressive finance experience, including leadership roles in FP&A or corporate finance
Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance management
Proven ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable business insights
Experience supporting senior executives and influencing strategic decisions through financial analysis
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Experience in high-growth, SaaS, technology, or services-based organizations
Background supporting multi-department or multi-entity financial structures
Experience building scalable finance processes and teams
Familiarity with financial systems, BI tools, and data-driven reporting environments
