Responsibilities
Make 100+ daily touchpoints (outbound calls + emails) with librarians and decision-makers and hit targeted talk-time goals
Build relationships while understanding each library’s collection needs
Recommend subscription solutions that drive new business and renewals
Achieve monthly KPIs across touchpoints, talk time, and sales metrics
Use dashboards and scorecards to track performance and stay accountable
Partner with teammates, share insights, and celebrate wins together
Qualification
Required
1+ years of outbound inside sales experience
Proven ability to manage both new business and renewals
Strong communication skills and quick rapport-building
Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar CRMs
A goal‑oriented, disciplined, coachable approach
