Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities
Direct field personnel and subcontractors across multiple trades
Maintain project schedules and resolve field issues proactively
Partner with Project Manager to manage budgets and cost controls
Schedule and oversee inspections
Ensure work aligns with contract documents, plans, and specifications
Maintain an organized, clean, and professional jobsite
Track and manage hourly payroll records
Conduct regular jobsite walks to monitor progress, quality, and safety
Develop and enforce project-specific quality and workmanship standards
Enforce all jobsite safety policies and promote a strong safety culture
Manage punch list completion and project closeout
Work extended hours and weekends as required by project demands
Wear and enforce required PPE standards
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience as a Lead Superintendent with a General Contractor
Strong background in tilt-wall warehouse / distribution center construction
Proven leadership of large field teams and subcontractors
Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and site logistics
Proficient or able to learn Procore, Bluebeam, PlanGrid, MS Excel, and MS Project
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong safety-first mindset
Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented
Preferred
Experience with self-performing concrete contractors
Stable employment history preferred
