Responsibilities

Troubleshooting and resolving customer technical cable and video service issues, including repair, billing, and accounts
Using patience and effective communication skills to uncover customer needs
Answering questions and leaving a positive impression on customer interactions
Providing over-the-phone internet and phone support and repair services
Using advanced diagnostic tools to address technical inquiries
Bringing in additional internal support and field technicians when necessary
Noting actions taken and recording customer service histories in full
Creating and maintaining positive customer experiences

Required

Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Experience: 6+ months of heavy volume phone experience
Experience: 6+ months working with computers and software applications
