Experience with the Corrective Action process (8D)
Lead and support quality improvement projects with suppliers to reduce PPM, warranty claims, and production rejects
Proficiency in root cause analysis tools, such as:
5 Whys
Fishbone (Ishikawa) diagrams
Other Quality Engineering methodologies
ISO 9001 or IAT16949 Audit experience
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes
Proficiency in blueprint reading
Qualification
Required
