3+ years expTalentsearchpro is seeking a Founding Full-Stack Engineer to take ownership of the AI Experience Generation product. The role involves developing features for the Next.js frontend and scalable Golang backend, as well as designing data systems and collaborating with founders and customers to innovate user experiences.
Responsibilities
Own large portions of the AI Experience Generation product
Add features to Next.js frontend and deploy scalable Golang backend code
Tune, optimize, and load test servers to handle 10x growth (hundreds of millions of users)
Design data systems and ML training infrastructure for automated experimentation
Collaborate directly with founders and customers to design new experiences
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience at a US-based company; ideally a fast growing Seed Stage to Series B
Experience on systems that deal with extremely large scale
Strong full-stack foundation (Next.js/React and Backend)
Experience with Golang (or ability to deploy scalable Go code)
Strong first-principles problem-solving skills
Ability to own features end-to-end (writing PRDs/specs through to testing)
Experience working on user-facing products and talking to customers
Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science or similar field
Preferred
ML/AI/LLM integration experience
Building scalable systems with demanding SLAs
Background with design tools, chat experiences, or 'vibe coding' tools
Previous founder experience or high-growth startup experience
