Managing all aspects of civil litigation defense cases
Preparing and drafting legal motions
Attending court appearances
Conducting depositions
Representing clients during trials
Collaborating with colleagues and clients to develop strategies aimed at achieving successful resolutions
Qualification
Required
Strong knowledge and expertise in the field of Law
Proficiency in preparing and filing complex Motions and legal documentation
Experience with Courts proceedings and navigating the litigation process
Skills in Depositions and handling witness questioning
Prior experience in Trials, including trial preparation and courtroom advocacy
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines independently
Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active membership in the California State Bar
Preferred
Prior experience in insurance defense or civil litigation
