Responsibilities

Lead OCONUS logistics operations to support high-tempo training activities. Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, transportation, and resource distribution. Ensure accurate documentation, chain of custody, and compliance controls

Develop and implement effective inventory management processes. Oversee stock levels, monitor supply chains, manage stock discrepancies, and ensure timely inventory replenishment

Act as the primary liaison between the company and suppliers, customers, and transportation providers, negotiating contracts, resolving issues, and ensuring excellent service levels

Ensure accurate and timely shipments, including the scheduling, documentation, and handling of goods. Ensure all inbound and outbound shipments comply with industry regulations and customer requirements

Collaborate with executive teams to develop and implement strategies to optimize logistics processes, streamline operations, and reduce costs while maintaining service excellence

Prepare, review, and present detailed logistics reports to executive management, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs), cost analysis, and identifying areas for operational improvement

Ensure all logistics activities comply with local, federal, and international laws and regulations, including transportation safety standards. Implement and maintain compliance programs to mitigate risks

Work closely with various departments, including procurement, sales, production, and customer service, to align logistics strategies with broader organizational goals

Manage, mentor, and develop the logistics team, ensuring alignment with company goals and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
