Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to project specifications, schedules, and budgets
Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety on all project sites
Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders and executive management
Manage procurement processes, including sourcing materials and negotiating contracts with vendors and subcontractors
Resolve project issues promptly and effectively, maintaining positive relationships with all parties involved
Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure work meets industry standards and client expectations
Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing project outcomes and implementing best practices

Required

Preferred
