Responsibilities

Sell, sell, sell – proactively reach out to potential customers, qualify leads, and close sales
Drive outbound prospecting efforts, including cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn networking
Respond to inbound leads and convert them into paying customers
Work closely with marketing to build out and align sales efforts with campaigns across various social media platforms
Conduct product demonstrations and clearly communicate the benefits of PAXIT and PAXCAM
Follow up on sales opportunities, negotiate pricing, and secure deals
Maintain a sales pipeline and track progress using Salesforce
Develop expert knowledge of our products and industry to handle customer objections effectively

Qualification

Required

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
Bachelor's degree in Business, or a Science related field
0-2 years of sales experience (internships, part-time sales, or Sales Development Representative experience is a plus)
Confidence in outbound sales with an ability to initiate conversations and close deals
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
