Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks Online
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
Prepare bank deposits in accordance with organizational procedures
Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
Process staff expense reports
Maintain organized financial records and documentation
Support annual financial reviews and audits
Coordinate with TWA members as needed
Qualification
Required
Prior bookkeeping or accounting experience
Proficiency with QuickBooks Online
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Preferred
Experience working with nonprofits or member-based organizations
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related major
