Responsibilities
Manage all phases of litigation, including case assessment, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation
Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, settlement agreements, and contracts
Conduct depositions, represent clients in hearings and mediations, and participate in court appearances
Analyze complex legal and medical documents and provide clients with informed guidance
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
Stay up to date on relevant laws and regulations relating to Florida general liability
Qualification
Required
Expertise in General Liability and/or Commercial Litigation
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active membership in the Florida State Bar
3-7 years of experience in general civil litigation
Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to manage multiple cases and work collaboratively within a team
